3. Eligibility Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of MILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC, their family members, and persons directly involved in the organization or execution of the giveaway are excluded from participation.4. Prize One winner will be selected. The prize includes:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for other services.5. Winner selection The winner is a person who has fulfilled all participation requirements between January 29, 2026 and February 9, 2026.6. Prize draw & notification The winner will be selected at random from all likes on the post.Notification will take place on February 9, 2026 via direct message on Instagram by MILES Mobility (@milesmobility). If no response is received within two (2) business days, the prize will be awarded to another person, also randomly selected from the likes on the post.7. Disqualification MILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC reserve the right to disqualify participants if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent behavior, manipulation, or a violation of these terms and conditions. This includes, in particular, multiple entries. MILES also reserves the right to exclude individuals who have demonstrably caused damage to MILES, in particular through misuse of services, breach of contract, or unpaid outstanding claims despite reminders.8. Early termination of the giveaway & liability MILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC reserve the right to terminate or cancel the giveaway at any time for objectively justified reasons, in particular for technical, organizational, or legal reasons, without prior notice. This applies in particular in the event of hardware or software errors, other technical issues, force majeure, or external interference that prevents or significantly impairs the proper execution of the giveaway.MILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC assume no liability for disruptions or impairments outside their sphere of responsibility. If early termination is caused by the conduct of a participant or third party, MILES Mobility GmbH expressly reserves the right to claim damages. Any liability of MILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC, regardless of the legal basis, is excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence or results from the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typically occurring damage. Statutory liability for damage resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.9. Data protection Participation in the giveaway requires the provision of personal data. MILES Mobility GmbH processes this data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.10. Legal notice Legal recourse is excluded. There is no entitlement to a cash payout or replacement of the prize. This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by them in any way. MILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC reserve the right to adapt, suspend, or terminate the giveaway for important reasons.
