Terms and Conditions – Cinema Ticket Promotion

1. Organizer

The promotion is organized by MILES Mobility GmbH, Berlin, in cooperation with Sony Pictures Entertainment Deutschland GmbH.

2. Promotion Mechanics

As part of the promotion, a total of 100 × 2 digital cinema tickets (cinema vouchers) for the film “The Astronaut – Project Hail Mary” will be distributed.The tickets will be allocated according to the “first come, first served” principle. The decisive factor for the order of allocation is the timestamp of the fully completed and submitted participation form, as recorded in the organizer’s server log.The first 100 individuals who:

scan the QR code on the promotional material, and
complete and submit the form in full with first name, last name, and the email address registered with their MILES user account,

will each receive two digital cinema tickets.Participation is exclusively available to registered individuals with an active MILES user account.Once the ticket quota has been fully allocated, the promotion will end automatically.Participation is only possible within the limits of the available quota and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Participation

Participation is free of charge.Participation is limited to one entry per person.Multiple registrations do not entitle participants to receive multiple sets of tickets.

4. Eligibility

Eligible participants are registered users with an active MILES user account who reside in Germany and are at least 18 years old.Employees of the participating companies and individuals involved in the implementation of the promotion are excluded from participation.

5. Ticket Delivery and Redemption

The digital cinema tickets will be sent to the email address provided in the form.Redemption is subject to the terms stated on the respective cinema voucher, in particular with regard to:

participating cinemas
validity period
any exclusions

The tickets are only valid within the period stated on the voucher.Cash payment or exchange is not possible.The organizer does not guarantee the actual availability of screenings.

6. Exclusion from the Promotion

The organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from the promotion in the event of attempted manipulation, false information, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.The organizer is entitled to verify whether the email address provided as part of the promotion corresponds to an existing MILES user account. If no match is found or in the event of multiple registrations, the respective person may be excluded from participation.

7. Early Termination

The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time for objectively justified reasons, in particular in the event of technical disruptions or force majeure.

8. Data Protection

9. Final Provisions
