MILES Passes are monthly or yearly subscriptions that unlock discounts on your rides.
Below, you’ll find everything you need to know — from how your Pass is activated to how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.Activation & renewalYour MILES Pass and all included discounts are activated immediately upon purchase. If you upgrade your MILES Pass, the new benefits apply immediately after the successful booking. With a downgrade, you can still enjoy the benefits of your current MILES Pass until the end of the billing cycle before the conditions of the new MILES Pass apply. MILES Passes automatically renew at the end of the respective billing cycle until canceled.Upgrade / DowngradeIf you upgrade your MILES Pass, the new terms apply immediately from the time of the upgrade and you will be charged pro-rata for the additional benefits. With a downgrade, you continue to enjoy all the benefits of your originally booked pass until its expiry date. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.MILES creditMILES credit is awarded as a bonus when subscribing to a new MILES Pass and will be credited every month to your wallet for the entire duration of your chosen MILES Pass. This MILES credit is valid exclusively for the month in which it’s issued. Any unused credit will expire at the end of the month and cannot be carried over to subsequent months. The credit is non-transferable and not eligible for cash redemption. All information about your credit (including the expiration date) can be viewed in the app under 'Credit balance'.Want to know more about your MILES Credit? Check out our FAQ article here.Payment and InvoicingYour MILES Pass is non-transferable, and payments are automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle until cancelled.You can view and download all your Pass invoices at any time in the "Invoices" section of your account menu.Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your MILES Pass at any time. After cancellation, your Pass and all included benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle — no further charges will occur after that.For full legal details, please also refer to our Standard Terms & Conditions.
