MILES Passes are monthly or yearly subscriptions that unlock discounts on your rides.
Below, you’ll find everything you need to know — from how your Pass is activated to how to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.ActivationYour MILES Pass and all included discounts are activated immediately upon purchase.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle on the same calendar date (e.g. if you subscribe to a monthly Pass on June 9th, it will renew on July 9th) — unless cancelled beforehand.RenewalYour Pass will automatically renew on the same date each billing cycle: – Monthly passes renew every month. – Yearly passes renew annually.Upgrade / DowngradeIf you upgrade or switch your MILES Pass (e.g. from the old Silver Pass to a new Gold Pass), the new pass conditions will apply starting with your next billing cycle.
Until then, you'll continue to enjoy the benefits of your current Pass through the end of the active cycle.MILES CreditMILES Credit is currently awarded as a bonus and added to your account each month at the discretion of MILES. This credit is not part of the paid MILES Pass offer.MILES Credit is:Non-transferableOnly valid during the respective monthly billing cycle of your active PassNot redeemable for cashAny unused credit expires at the end of the billing cycle.
