1. Giveaway Period The giveaway runs from 15 May 2026 at 12:00 CET to 21 May 2026 at 12:00 CET.2. Participation Requirements To enter the giveaway, you must follow the MILES account, like the post, and leave a comment sharing which trips you'd most like to use the MILES credit for. Tag a friend you'd love to share your MILES with.3. Eligibility The giveaway is open to natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of MILES Mobility GmbH, their family members, and anyone directly involved in running the giveaway are excluded from participation.4. Prize Two winners will be selected.The prize consists of: 2x MILES credit worth €25 (1x per winner). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for other services.5. Winner Selection Winners are individuals who have fulfilled all participation requirements between 5 May 2026 12:00 CET and 21 May 2026 12:00 CET.6. Draw & Notification Winners will be selected at random from all likes on the post. Winners will be notified on 22 May 2025 via direct message on Instagram by MILES Mobility (@milesmobility). If no response is received within two (2) business days, the prize will be awarded to another person also selected at random from the post's likes.7. Disqualification MILES Mobility GmbH reserves the right to disqualify participants if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent behavior, manipulation, or a breach of these terms and conditions. This includes, in particular, multiple entries. MILES also reserves the right to exclude individuals who have demonstrably caused harm to MILES, in particular through misuse of services, breach of contract, or outstanding unpaid amounts despite formal reminders.8. Early Termination & Liability MILES Mobility GmbH reserves the right to end or cancel the giveaway at any time for objectively justified reasons — in particular for technical, organizational, or legal reasons — without prior notice. This applies especially in cases of hardware or software failure, other technical issues, force majeure, or external interference that prevents or significantly impairs the proper execution of the giveaway. MILES Mobility GmbH accepts no liability for disruptions or impairments beyond its area of responsibility. If early termination was caused by the conduct of a participant or third party, MILES Mobility GmbH expressly reserves the right to claim damages. Liability of MILES Mobility GmbH — regardless of legal grounds — is excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or results from a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages. Statutory liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.9. Legal Notice Legal recourse is excluded. There is no entitlement to cash payment or replacement of the prize. This giveaway is not affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is neither sponsored, endorsed, nor organized by these platforms. MILES Mobility GmbH reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the giveaway for important reasons.
