MILES Mobility Advent Calendar Giveaway 2025 – Terms & Conditions

1. Sweepstakes Period

The Advent Calendar consists of 24 individual daily sweepstakes.

Daily Sweepstake Days 1–23: Each sweepstake runs for 24 hours, beginning at 18:00 CET on the respective day and ending at 17:59 CET the following day.

Grand Prize Sweepstake Day 24: The sweepstake begins on 24 December 2025 at 18:00 CET and ends on 25 December 2025 at 17:59 CET.

2. How to Participate

1. Daily Sweepstake Days 1–23: To enter the daily sweepstakes, participants must:

Like the respective daily Advent Calendar post

2. Grand Prize Sweepstake Day 24: To enter the grand prize sweepstake, participants must:

Follow MILES (@milesmobility) on Instagram
Like all 24 Advent Calendar posts published between 1–24 December 2025

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons who are residents of Germany and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of MILES Mobility GmbH, their family members, and any persons directly involved in the administration of the sweepstakes are excluded from participation.

4. Prize

Daily Sweepstake Days 1–23:A total of 23 winners will be determined.Each winner will receive the prize stated in the respective daily Instagram Advent Calendar post. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for other services.

Grand Prize Sweepstake Day 24:A total of 1 winner will be determined.The prize includes: • 1,000 MILES Credits The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged for other services.

5. Prize Drawing and Notification

Daily Sweepstake Days 1–23:The winner of each daily sweepstake will be randomly selected from all participants who liked the respective post and follow @milesmobility. The drawing will take place 24 hours after the respective post is published. The winner will be notified via DM and tagged in the comments of the sweepstake post. If no response is received within 24 hours via Direct Message on Instagram, the prize will go to the next person randomly selected from the eligible participants.

Grand Prize Sweepstake Day 24:The winner will be randomly selected from all participants who liked all 24 Advent Calendar posts and follow @milesmobility. The winner will be notified on 25 December 2025 via Direct Message on Instagram. If no response is received within 48 hours, the prize will go to the next person randomly selected from the eligible participants.

6. Disqualification

MILES Mobility GmbH reserves the right to disqualify any participant if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent behavior, manipulation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.This includes, but is not limited to, duplicate or automated entries. Furthermore, MILES reserves the right to exclude individuals who have demonstrably caused harm to MILES, in particular by misusing services, breaching contractual obligations, or failing to settle significant outstanding payments despite reminders.

7. Early Termination of the Sweepstakes and Liability

MILES Mobility GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time for objectively justified reasons — in particular for technical, organizational, or legal reasons — without prior notice. This applies especially, but not exclusively, in the event of hardware or software malfunctions, other technical issues, force majeure, or external interference that prevents or significantly impairs the proper execution of the sweepstakes. MILES Mobility GmbH shall not be liable for disruptions or impairments to the sweepstakes that lie outside its sphere of responsibility. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant or a third party, MILES Mobility GmbH expressly reserves the right to claim compensation for any resulting damages. Liability on the part of MILES Mobility GmbH for damages — regardless of legal grounds — is excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or results from a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability shall be limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Statutory liability for injury to life, limb, or health remains unaffected.

8. Data Protection

Participation in the sweepstakes requires the submission of personal data. MILES Mobility GmbH will process this data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.

9. Legal Notice

Legal recourse is excluded.There is no entitlement to cash payment or substitution of the prize.This sweepstake is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. MILES Mobility GmbH reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time for important reasons.
