1. Sweepstakes PeriodThe sweepstakes will run from 13th October 2025 at 18:00 CET until 19th October 2025 at 23:59 CET.

EligibilityParticipation is open to natural persons who are residents of Germany and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.Employees of MILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC, their family members, and any persons directly involved in the administration of the sweepstakes are excluded from participation.

Prize Drawing and NotificationThe winner will be randomly selected from the total likes on the post.The winner will be contacted on October 20th 2025 via direct message on Instagram by MILES Mobility (@milesmobility). If no response is received within two (2) working days, the prize will go to the next person randomly selected from the total likes on the post.

DisqualificationMILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC reserve the right to disqualify any participant if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent behavior, manipulation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, duplicate entries.Furthermore, MILES reserves the right to exclude individuals who have demonstrably caused harm to MILES, in particular by misusing services, breaching contractual obligations, or failing to settle significant outstanding payments despite reminders.

Early Termination of the Sweepstakes and LiabilityMILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC reserve the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time for objectively justified reasons — in particular for technical, organizational, or legal reasons — without prior notice. This applies especially, but not exclusively, in the event of hardware or software malfunctions, other technical issues, force majeure, or external interference that prevents or significantly impairs the proper execution of the sweepstakes.MILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC shall not be liable for disruptions or impairments to the sweepstakes that lie outside their sphere of responsibility. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant or a third party, MILES Mobility GmbH expressly reserves the right to claim compensation for any resulting damages.Liability on the part of MILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC for damages — regardless of legal grounds — is excluded unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or results from a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability shall be limited to foreseeable, typical damages. Statutory liability for injury to life, limb, or health remains unaffected.

Legal NoticeLegal recourse is excluded.There is no entitlement to cash payment or substitution of the prize.This sweepstake is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.MILES Mobility GmbH and Hertha BSC reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time for important reasons.
