Download the MILES app. Sign up for free. Important: You can only have one personal MILES account — don’t create a second one with your work email.
Verify your driver's license and ID, and add a private payment method. This payment method is only used for personal rides. No worries if you don’t take private rides — we won’t charge anything, and the account is 100% free.
Set up a PIN to safely lock and unlock the vehicles. Then, follow the next steps to activate your MILES for Business profile.

How to activate your MILES for Business profile
Open the invitation email with your company code on the smartphone with the MILES app & tap Activate Access. The code will auto-fill, or you can enter it manually under Payment Profiles.
After entering the code, you’ll receive a validation email. Open the link on your smartphone to complete the process.
Once validated, you’ll see two payment profiles in the MILES app: Private and MILES for Business. Choose the right profile before each trip.

Tap the menu (top left) and select "Private".
